Before anything is built
We sit with what you need — on a call, on WhatsApp, or at this office. It gets written down as a scope with a price and a date, and nothing begins until you have read it and said yes.
While the work runs
Work runs in visible stages. You see screens before code, and a working version you can open on your own phone well before launch day. You talk to the person building it, not a manager.
After it goes live
Live on your domain or in the stores, with accounts, code and passwords in your name. Your staff get trained. After that, fix it yourself or keep us on a monthly contract — your call.

The situation
Orders were written in a register at the counter and re-typed into Tally at night. Two people, three hours, every day.

An Android app for the counter, a web dashboard for the office, and a nightly export in the format their accountant already used.

The person who writes the code. There is no account manager and no call centre in between. The same person takes your requirement, builds it, and answers the phone when something breaks.
Yes. Domain, hosting, Play Store and App Store accounts, signing keys and source code all end up registered in your name. Nothing is held back as leverage, and you can move to another developer whenever you wish.
It depends on the scope, which is why we write the scope down first. Once the requirement is clear you get one fixed figure and a delivery date, before any money changes hands. Ads, ASO and maintenance are monthly instead, because the work repeats.
Small adjustments during a build are normal and free. Anything that adds a genuinely new feature is quoted separately and only built once you approve that line — so no invoice ever arrives as a surprise.
Regularly. Most clients are within a few hours of this office, but plenty are elsewhere in India and some are overseas. Calls, WhatsApp and email cover the distance; the process does not change.
